Re-Play Sports Vision Pvt. Ltd. (“Re-Play”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to
protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with Google Play’s Data Safety and
user data policies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and
safeguard your information when you use our website, mobile application, and
connected smart-court devices (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service,
you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use
immediately.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of data to provide and improve our Service:
- Personal Information: name, email, phone number, account credentials, payment details, and basic profile information.
- Video and Sensor Data: gameplay recordings, audio captured during play, AI-based highlights, ball tracking, and performance analytics.
- Non-Personal Information: device identifiers, IP address, network type, session data, app usage statistics, court usage frequency, cookies, and aggregated analytics.
- Health & Fitness Data: optional metrics such as calories burned, distance covered, or movement speed if you enable such features.
- Location Data: GPS coordinates and approximate court location to enable tagging and match history.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a minor under 18, obtaining parental consent is your responsibility. Re-Play assumes no liability for lack of parental consent.
2. App Permissions
To function effectively, Re-Play requires the following app permissions:
- Camera: For scanning QR codes and enabling live video recording.
- Microphone (Audio): To capture sound during gameplay recordings.
- Storage (Read/Write): To temporarily save and upload video files.
- Internet: To stream, upload, and download gameplay videos.
- Wi-Fi & Bluetooth: To connect with edge devices and local networks for live replay streaming.
- Geo-Location: To tag courts, map match history, and assist with event analytics.
All permissions are used strictly for providing in-app features and are not used for background data collection or advertising.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Re-Play Service.
- Enable video recording, AI analytics, and live replay functionality.
- Personalize the user experience.
- Communicate updates, technical alerts, and service messages.
- Improve AI-based performance metrics and gameplay analytics.
- Promote Re-Play content using recorded videos (mandatory consent as part of Service usage).
- Prevent fraud, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:
- With our facility partners for operational functionality.
- With cloud service providers (Google Cloud, Cloudflare R2) for data storage.
- When legally required by regulatory or judicial authorities.
- During business transitions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions).
- For promotional and brand purposes using recorded videos (usage is mandatory for all users).
5. Data Retention and Deletion
All gameplay videos are retained for 30 days by default. After this period, videos are automatically deleted from our servers.
- Users may delete individual videos manually within the app.
- Other personal data (e.g., contact details, account information) can be deleted only by submitting an email request to support@re-play.ai.
- Backup logs and audit trails may be retained longer for legal or operational reasons.
6. Promotional Usage of Videos
By using Re-Play, you grant the company the right to use recorded videos for marketing, social media content, promotional material, and product demonstrations. This permission is a mandatory condition of using the Service. If you do not wish to be featured, you may opt out by writing to support@re-play.ai, after which your future content will be excluded from promotional campaigns.
7. Data Security
We implement strong encryption (SSL/TLS) and controlled data access policies. Videos and personal data are securely stored in encrypted formats on trusted cloud infrastructure. However, no system is entirely secure; users are encouraged to maintain password hygiene and device security.
8. User Rights
- Access or download your recorded videos.
- Delete individual videos directly from the app.
- Request deletion of your personal account and related data via email.
- Withdraw from promotional usage by contacting support.
We process all such requests within 30 business days.
9. Data Transfers
Re-Play stores and processes data in India and other regions (as required). Cloud providers such as Google Cloud and Cloudflare R2 ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfer.
10. Children’s Privacy
Re-Play’s services are not intended for children under 13. Parental consent is mandatory for minors under 18, and parents are solely responsible for supervising usage and privacy compliance.
